I Don't Know If It Can Be Done ... Consider Adding A 'Pin To Section' At The Sidebar Aswell

I dont know exactly what you mean, did you mean, that the sidebars should be also always visible, that can be done via the little green button on the lower edges of the sidebars, on click it changes it color to red and then the sidebar keeps it position

No, I mean like the windows taskbar (A part where we can pin additional icons ... beneath the calculator section at the left side)
